spacious layout comfy beds netflix account
i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. the room featured a spacious layout and very comfy beds. the tv system let me connect to my own netflix account, great!!!
I had to order the coffee separately at breakfast. This added some wait time.

an oasis of calm
excellent location friendly staff super clean hotel breakfast variety
the location is excellent, it is right next to many restaurants and a short walk to the monkey forest. the hotel was super clean. the staff are very friendly and always available if you need anything. breakfast had variety.
the air conditioning did not properly regulate the temperature in the room, it was too cold.

The staff offered attentive service and were easy to communicate with. They were friendly and helpful. i received -20% for the spa treatments. jaya was very accommodating.
